Operations
Opportunity to work in the field of microfinance and gain first-hand experience from the field. Direct interaction with the client and on-spot officers leading them towards the main objective. Complete involvement in process planning, implementation, execution, and measurement of efficiency improvement in the existing process.
Internship Responsibilities:
1. Learn Mifos Software, its functions, and operations.
2. Train people in the usage of Mifos via web and mobile.
3. Connect with officers during their weekly meets.
4. Lead and guide the officers in their operations.
5. Help and assist in performing any corrective measures and improvements as necessary.
6. Observe and measure process improvement effects.
Skill(s) required: MS-Office, English Proficiency (Spoken) (Learn Business Communication), English Proficiency (Written), Hindi Proficiency (Spoken) and Urdu Proficiency(Spoken).
Qualification: Any graduate with an interest in Software Applications.
Business Development
Internship Roles:
1. Participating in market research programs to help target appropriate audiences.
2. Performing analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and competition.
3. Managing collateral requests from various departments through the creative process.
4. Coming up with copy writing and researching for social media posts, newsletters, and/or press releases.
5. Compiling and presenting the research data.
6. Participating in various events for product exhibition and promotion.
7. Creating and managing company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
Skill(s) required: Social Media Marketing (Learn Social Media Marketing), MS-Office and Digital Marketing.
Qualification: Any graduate with an interest in Sales and Marketing. Preferably BBA/MBA.
Software Development
Qualification:
BCA/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech students
Desired skills:
1. Strong logical and analytical skills.
2. Language agnostic programming skills.
3. Understanding of object-oriented programming languages.
4. Zeal to self-learn new technologies.
5. Ability to work across technology platforms: backbend, frontend, mobile.
